Serenity Bath Boutique represents and markets high-end bathroom fixtures in Calgary, AB and we also market through this website throughout Canada and the USA. We are the authorized retailers of all the brands we represent.

Our pricing is consumer pricing and while we strive to be aggressive with all our pricing, we can adjust based on quantities or if it is a trade or project sale. Our prices when added to the very minimal (if any) shipping prices charged at checkout, represents the final price you would pay for an item. We ship duty free so the price you see, is the price you pay. No hidden charges or fees are due on delivery and for our non-Canadian visitors, currency exchange can be determined by selecting the appropriate price option in the top right corner of home page.

Not all products are shipped from Serenity Bath or even Canada so timelines can vary. If your project is time-sensitive, please call or email us to learn lead-times of the products you wish to order.

Returns Policy

The Serenity bath return policy is pretty straight forward. If a product is received either defective or not as ordered, you may return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us for return authorization so we can guide you through this process as well as ensure you receive the proper information for the return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

You are also welcome to return the item in person to our Calgary store. Refund times will be lessened and you will have credit issued to you in person.

If however, the product arrives damaged from the transport company, please make a claim with them at time of delivery. If this is not possible, please notify us as soon as damaged is realized so we can help you in making this claim. If, after product is ordered or has already arrived and you have a change of heart and wish to return, we will accept this return within 30 days from date of purchase. However, in these instances, you are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as a 25% restocking fee. And any product being returned must be in original packaging and in new and sellable condition.

Limitations on returns include anything custom. This would include:

  • Specialty finishes on select vanities, mirrors, freestanding bathtubs, etc.
  • Foursteel Towel Warmers
  • Jetted or Whirlpool Bathtubs
  • Shower Doors
